East Texas and North Louisiana Assets
TG Natural Resources owns over ca. 188,000 net acres, which produced over 330 net million cubic feet equivalent per day (ca. 17% liquids) as of June 2022, predominately sourced from the prolific Haynesville and Cotton Valley formations in East Texas and Northern Louisiana. TG Natural Resources operates over 2,300 wells and over 1,000 miles of gathering systems and related midstream infrastructure. In 2021, TG Natural Resources participated in drilling ca. 70 wells operated by other companies. Along with high net revenue interests and associated midstream assets, the East Texas and North Louisiana region continues to be economically resilient. This portfolio of assets serves as our anchor investment in a key North American gas basin and supports TG Natural Resources’ continued expansion.

Midstream Assets
The associated 1,000 miles of midstream assets service a wide geographic area of the company’s East Texas and North Louisiana portfolio. This strategically advantaged operation supports TG Natural Resources’ existing production and future drilling activity with multi-level pressure lines, saltwater disposal, and compression services. Strong economic returns are forthcoming from TG Natural Resources’ future drilling inventory with upside potential through expansion of the gathering systems into adjoining areas.
