Vice President Business Development

Peter Xia was the former Vice President of Finance at Patara Oil & Gas (Jefferies Capital Partners).  He has completed over $6 billion in transactions in the upstream sector. Mr. Xia started his career as an investment banker with Jefferies & Company. He received his MBA from Rice University.
