Olivia McNamara

Vice President ESH

Olivia McNamara joined TGNR in July of 2024, bringing with her more than two decades of environmental and safety experience in the upstream and renewable energy sectors. After leading the ESH functions at both WPX Energy and Southwestern Energy, Olivia most recently built and led the ESH and sustainability team at Archaea Energy, the country’s largest producer of renewable natural gas (RNG), which was sold to BP for more than $4 billion in late 2022. Olivia holds a BFA in Environmental Science from the University of Tulsa and a MS in Environmental Management from Oklahoma State University.
