Melinda Lyssy

Human Resources Director

Melinda Lyssy joined TGNR as Director of Human Resources in November 2021, and is responsible for all of TGNR’s human resource functions.  Prior to joining TGNR, Ms. Lyssy served in HR management positions for multiple companies, including Breakwater Energy and IHS Market.  She has extensive experience in benefits, compensation and employee relations obtained throughout her 15 years in the human resources profession.  She holds a B.S. in Management from Stephen F. Austin State University and an MBA from the University of Houston.
