Julia Gwaltney is an industry veteran with over 30 years of experience having served various leadership roles at Encana Corporation, Samson Resources, Gary Petroleum Partners, Ranger Oil, and Baytex. Ms. Gwaltney served as the former Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Ranger Oil Corporation and subsequent Senior Vice President and General Manager of U.S. Eagle Ford Operations at Baytex Energy Corp. Ms. Gwaltney began her career at Burlington Resources and has worked various roles leading large business units as a reservoir engineer, completions engineer, production engineer, and planning engineer. Ms. Gwaltney holds a B.S. in Petroleum Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines.
