Chris Migura was the former Chief Counsel at BG Group plc, Assistant General Counsel at Occidental Oil & Gas and Attorney at Vinson & Elkins LLP. He is Board Certified in Oil, Gas & Mineral Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. Chris holds a J.D. from the University of Houston and a B.S. in Economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
