Britt Dearman

Chief Operating Officer

Britt Dearman has over 35 years of operations, engineering and commercial upstream and midstream experience with senior managerial roles at Forest Oil, Apache and Amerada Hess Corporation. He was the head of operations for Forest’s largest region. Mr. Dearman played a key role in evaluating about 150 completed transactions totaling nearly $2.0 billion during his career. He has led new ventures activities, preparation of SEC reserves, and financial and strategic planning. He holds a B.S. from University of Louisiana at Lafayette and an M.B.A. from the University of Texas at Austin.
