Andy Lofton was a Director in the Trust Solutions practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers and has more than 16 years of experience working with public and private oil and gas companies during his career in Houston, Texas and Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. Mr. Lofton is a Certified Public Accountant and has a B.B.A. in Accounting and Master’s in Professional Accounting from the University of Texas at Austin.
